
Bloomington's
Herald-Times and
Kafa, a thrice-weekly in Ukraine, are in the fifth year of a partnership that benefits both small newspapers (the
Herald-Times has a circulation of 28,000, and
Kafa, published in the Crimea, has a circulation of 35,000). The two were paired by the
Ukraine Media Partnership Program operated by the non-profit
International Research and Exchanges Board.
