"Lutherans in Purgatory" is the provocative title for a fund-raiser benefitting the Foundation for Lutheran Child and Family Services. It will feature German wines from "off the beaten path" and take place in the Purgatory Golf Club. 12160 East 216th Street, Noblesville, from 7-9 p.m. 30 July. Michael Strong, a German wine consultant, is the presenter for the event, sponsored by the Lutherwood Society.Lutherwood is a residential treatment center in Indianapolis for children who are recovering from the effects of abuse, neglect, and/or abandonment.
