An Indiana publisher has established a partnership to publish a Russian edition of AQ/Automobile Quarterly, reports Inside INdiana Business.New Albany-based Automotive Heritage Publishing & Communications LLC is joining with Luxocrat Media and Moscow-based Mediacrat for Russian version. It will be published four-times a year and has an initial circulation of 55,000.
